9:00 – 9:30 AM        Free play & center exploration

                                                        Blocks, dramatic play, sensory bins, and open-ended choices.

9:30 – 10:30 AM       Outdoor adventures

                                                   Fenced backyard, fresh air, and big motor play. Summer times may run earlier and longer.

10:30 – 11:15 AM        Circle time

                                                   Stories, art, science, songs, and fingerplays. Sometimes outdoors.

11:15 – 11:30 AM         Quiet reading

                                                   Lost in stories, side by side.

11:30 AM – 12:15 PM  Hand washing & lunch

                                                   A full meal with a protein, whole bread or grain, vegetable, fruit, and milk.

12:15 – 12:30 PM        Bathroom time

                                                   Transitioning into rest.

Nap/Quiet Time      A mandatory rest period for all. Approximately 2 hours within the 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM window. Exact times                                                     may vary slightly based on the group's needs that day

A note on outdoor play. We go outside most days, weather permitting. Fresh air and large motor movement are important parts of healthy childhood development.
